This was taken in Spring Lake, NJ a couple of years ago with the Sigma 300-800mm lens and the 1.4 teleconverter for a total focal length of 1120mm! That does qualify fo another zip code but is why I could fill the frame.

Beautiful shot..great clarity, you can count the feathers. …it’s nice of you to show that you don’t have to travel hundreds of miles to get interesting pictures…there are great local shooting areas…. love your work. ..I saw you at Amherst last year….
