Luna Moth

Luna Moth

In honor of TBT (throw back Thursdays) here is a slide of a Luna Moth.  This image is very special to me because it brings back such great memories.  I was with my two mentors Ben Venezio and Terry Boyer (who found the moth) up in Maine on a puffin/lighthouse friend outing I organized.  ISO 100 film and Ben held up a silver reflector with flash. I think this image is about 15 years old.  I’m fortunate to have Ben still around but man… I miss you Terry!  You were taken too soon but your lessons live on in me to this day. You taught me how to see in macro and f/22 rules!!!
