Payment Schedule/Release Form /Trip Insurance/Cancellation Policy
Small one or two day Workshops; Full payment is due upon enrolling. Monies are non-refundable after payment has been received.
3+ day US Workshops; Payment policy is a $500 initial non-refundable & non-transferrable fee to reserve a space. Balance is due in full 60 days prior to the workshop date.
Tour Minimum
Although the workshops are designed to have the smallest number of participants, ( 4) on all , they are required to have at least three* (3) although but that is solely at my discretion.
Trip Insurance; We strongly encourage you purchase trip insurance in the event of but not limited to; weather, illness or any other emergency or unforeseen circumstance which delays or prevents you from reaching your destination during your trip. Many of my participants use InsureMyTrip.com to compare quotes from multiple companies. Do note that I am not affiliated with any of them and urge you too look at their policies carefully.
Cancellation policy; If a client cancels a workshop for any reason within the payment schedule stated above there will be absolutely no refund. Roamin’ with Roman LLC will only cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. We will will make every effort to reschedule the workshop at a later time. If workshop is cancelled before the final balance date, the deposit can be transferred to another Roamin’ with Roman Workshop. If cancellation occurs after the final balance date, we will also make every effort to reschedule the workshop and provide at least a partial credit for future workshops. Realize that many workshops require a significant outlay of resources to other providers or outfitters. We will not be responsible for additional expenses incurred by the traveler such as airline cancellation fees, travel insurance fees, or other personal expenses associated with getting to the tour but not listed here.
This is why we strongly encourage obtaining Trip or Travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen situations occurring before or during the trip to cover losses you may incur. Roamin’ with Roman Photo Tours will make every good faith effort to work with the clients but is in no way responsible for circumstances beyond our control.
This payment and booking policy is written in simple terms. If you do not understand any part of it please inquire of us to be more specific and we will be happy to explain any part you may not understand. What is included?
All photography instruction in the field by me. I am there every step of the way.
What isn’t included?
Transportation to and from your departure point (airfare), meals, car, hotels, medical insurance, travel insurance, laundry service, personal items including but not limited to; telephone calls, internet connection fees, souvenirs, etc., photography expenses, or alcoholic beverages. Participants and required to meet at departure points within 10 minutes of set times. Locations to be given day or two before.
Smoking
If applicable, smoking is not allowed on the boat or in any vehicle. Simply put, there is no smoking unless you are away from the group.

Responsibility
Roamin’ with Roman LLC Photo Tours and its employees will make every effort to provide tour participants with the safest and most enjoyable photographic environment.
Roamin’ with Roman LLC Photo Tours will not be held liable for events beyond its control, such as but not limited to, problems with connecting travel, baggage loss before, during and after the tour, damage to, loss or theft of photographic equipment and other personal property, careless actions of suppliers of our accommodations, illness from meal suppliers, mechanical problems, weather problems and other acts of God, or other unforeseen actions which were not the act of gross or willful negligence by us. On all tours there is some risk that the participant will encounter, including but not limited to; drowning, attack by wild animals, heat or cold related injuries, medical emergencies, falls which result in sprains, cuts and bruises, broken bones, or even death, arising from normal conduct on the tour. By signing up for the tour the participant is responsible for their actions and accepts these and other risks associated with these workshop. Every effort will be made to warn the participant of potential danger but we will not be held liable for the actions of the participants on the workshop. Each participant must sign this form and return it in order to participate on any workshop.
